Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with aigeek.ink. We offer a 14-day refund window on all purchases, in compliance with our payment processor's buyer protection terms.

14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked, provided you have not downloaded or used your generated outputs (designs, stencils, or Artist Handoff PDFs). Simply email us within 14 days and we will process your refund promptly.

When We Issue Full Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund in any of the following situations:

• You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not downloaded or used your outputs.
• The AI skin render failed twice in a row (technical failure on our end).
• You were charged but did not receive your generated design, stencil, or PDF.
• A technical error prevented you from accessing a feature you paid for.

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
• You have already downloaded or used your generated outputs.
• You generated a design but did not like the result — we encourage using the free tier to test quality before purchasing.

AI Render Failures

Our AI skin render has an approximate 10% failure rate. We automatically retry once. If the second attempt also fails, we will issue a full credit refund to your account automatically. No need to contact us.

How to Request a Refund

Email aigeek.ink@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours on business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
